Question: I can't find the answer to my question here. How do I contact you?

Answer:

If you need help troubleshooting an installation please email us at support@bluefishRx.com. We will normally respond within 12 hours. Please include your device type, amount of free memory and a phone contact number. If you have an AOL email address please add the above email to your whitelist. We have great difficulties contacting customers with AOL email addresses so if you have an alternative email please use that. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours it is likely that our email has gone astray.
