Question: I entered the serial number and get an invalid serial number message.

Answer:

Check that your DEA# is entered correctly in the ‘User Details’ section of BluefishRx. You get to ‘User Details’ by tapping the menu button (or tap close to the top of the screen while on the home page of BluefishRx.) Tap ‘User Details’ and then enter your name, DEA# and email address. When you enter your serial number in the ‘Register’ screen it will display your DEA# in the field above.

The serial number is most commonly rejected because the DEA# has either not been entered or entered incorrectly in the ‘User Details.’ There should be no spaces at the front of the DEA#, in between the letters or numbers or after the last number. It is often difficult to see whether
there are leading or trailing spaces. Try deleting the whole number and reentering it. Check to see whether you have the letter 'O' where you should have the number zero '0'. After the first two letters of the DEA# all the rest are numbers.
